TTM Insight

TTM Insight is an exclusive company product that enables handling relevant information on the overland conveyors, predicting behavior and, in summary, focusing attention on critical parts that require action for increasing availability. It is personalized software with user-friendly interfaces.
|
TTM Insight is equipment and reliability monitoring software, whose main modules are:
- Inspections (equipment monitoring); the software is capable of monitoring any equipment, not just conveyor belts. In this module we can include photographs and assign the degree of criticality of the equipment.
- Inspection reports; all the reports generated from inspections, criticality graph, equipment layout, daily reports etc.
- Plant shutdowns; this module enables recording equipment shutdowns due to maintenance or operating failures and generating MTBF, MTTR, Availability, Use, Jack Knife, Dispersion etc. indicator
- Thicknesses Measurement; this module enables analyzing belt or pulley thicknesses for providing tear predictions and informing clients before they occur.

EQUIPMENT MONITORING AND INSPECTIONS
Module for recording inspections and equipment criticality: there is a log module for recording daily inspections, and equipment criticality based on the failure modes of each component. An activity can generate an incident or fault which will generate a corrective maintenance Work Order. The main interface has filters for equipment, shifts, responsibilities and time periods.
|
|
|
MEASUREMENT OF THICKNESSES
Module that manages thickness measurements and tear predictions
The purpose of this module is to control design thicknesses and record belt and pulley readings, storing them and providing the change date, depending on the condition the equipment is in.

|
RELIABILITY – Plant shutdown record
This module records plant shutdowns. This enables the generation of reliability analyses and detection of the most risk-prone equipment in the productive process.
|
|
| Shutdown types are classified into the following categories: |
- Shutdown due to mechanical maintenance
- Shutdown due to electrical maintenance
- Shutdown due to instrument maintenance
- Shutdown due to general maintenance
- Operational shutdown
- Scheduled Maintenance
- Scheduled operating shutdown
- Standby
- Reserve

RELIABILITY INDICATORS – MTBY Vs. MTTR
(Mean time between failures; Mean time to repair)
Availability vs. Use
The reliability indicators provided by the system are: Calendar Time: Time calculated in hours, based on the number of days in the month multiplied by 24 hours.
Availability: Time during which the equipment was operative; this is calculated using the calendar time minus the time it was shut down, due either to faults or scheduled shutdown.
MTBF: Average time between faults; the time between failure of the equipment and the next failure.
MTTR: Average repair time; the average time the maintenance team takes to make the equipment operative again.

FAULT ANALYSIS PER PIECE OF EQUIPMENT
Pareto – Dispersion MTTR/MTBF – JACK KNIFE
A report showing Pareto graphs, dispersion and Jack Knife was created, enabling us to minutely analyze the behavior of the equipment in a predetermined sector within the plant.
|
|
|
EQUIPMENT LAYOUT ACCORDING TO CRITICALITY
Enables graphic visualization of the status of each component of the conveyor.
|
|
|
REPORTABILITY
Reports in high-quality formats that can be exported to PDF or Excel.
