CLEANING SYSTEMS
The purpose of these applications is to clean any material stuck to the belt surface, removing it for deposit at the transfer point, thus averting material spillage along the entire length of the conveyor and avoiding the accumulation of material on mechanical components.
Primary torsion pre-scraper

Gravitational Scraper:

Solutions designed for containing dust generated by falling material and speed changes at the productive process transfer points.
APRON SEALS
Our apron seal and clamp systems seal the sides of the conveyor to avert spillage of the material being transported. Our apron seal clamping systems are easy to install and reduce apron seal changing times, making the use of tools for this task unnecessary and minimize cleaning requirements in the discharge zone. They can be manufactured in different designs to adjust to any particular application.
IMPACT CONTROL
These solutions have been designed for protecting the conveyor at the transfer points, improving operational continuity, contributing to spill containment and avoiding ore loss zones in the cheek plate and apron seal areas.
IMPACT Idler Pulley
The impact Idler Pulley provided by TTM in its solutions are built for resisting impacts in the ore feed zone. These components are lined with molded natural rubber discs for enhanced impact absorption.

LOAD ALIGNMENT
Our Load and Return alignment products are designed for correcting differences in structure levels due to fatigue and the weight of the material stuck to them. The aligners enable correcting belt misalignment problems, avoiding damage to their edges. They also avoid material spillage in the loading area. The main application areas are transfer points.
