CONVEYOR BELT SCALES
These devices measure the amount of ore transported on the conveyor belt per time unit, determining a plant’s production. Their checking procedure includes:
- Checking of the structure, specifically damage due to blows from large-sized boulders.
- Checking for particles under the scale platform that may have a bearing on erroneous readings of the instrument
