TTM Chile Provides Training in New Trends for Conveyor Systems in Mining Processes

To Business Partners and Clients

In a training program in its new Technical Training Center, the company and its German partner Hosch analyzed the challenges of one of the key operations in the mining sector.

TTM Chile, the leading Chilean company in the creation of ore transportation solutions, met with some twenty business partners and clients for the purpose of addressing and analyzing the challenges currently faced by the business, with the aim of achieving better operating results through the use of new technologies.

The lectures, imparted by senior executives of the German company Hosch, addressed the issue “Technical Paradigms in Conveyor Belt Cleaning Systems,” a highly relevant issue when seeking to add efficiency to the mining process.

The event focused on proving that by using the proper technology, it is possible to recover up to 860 tons per year of material in the conveyor belt cleaning process, a fact that has not been taken into account by a large number of mining companies until now.

José Miguel Ballivian, the commercial manager of TTM Chile, commented “Through its Technical Training Center, our company is helping to create positive synergies with our clients and business partners, generating intelligence and new techniques and innovating for making the mining industry in the country more efficient through the talks and seminars we regularly organize.”

This joint activity was the first one in which the German company Hosch participated after the successful signing of the alliance which makes TTM Chile its official partner in our country, Peru and Bolivia.
